Marijuana - Weed - How You Can Easily Quit

http://3d542mtjgju9u1qr2ex7-lzq07.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=QTMARJ

Marijuana - Weed - Mary Jane

I was a professional drummer for 30 years and this stuff was around a lot of places we played.  I never used it or any type of drug.  I still got emphysema just because most places in the 60's through the 80's were full of smoke.
So second hand smoke is a problem.  Marijuana is in the news a lot these days concerning its use for medical problems and the legalization in certain states.  If you want to quit the use of marijuana and find out more about its effects on your mind and body this program should be of interest to you.

FEEDBACK
“I smoked marijuana since I was 15. I wanted to quit ever since my son was born but he is now 8 and growing up fast. Recently the doctor told me that smoking marijuana was the reason my asthma was getting so bad. He said I needed to quit or in a couple of years I was going to develop emphysema. With this guide and detox program I quit marijuana quickly. It really made me feel healthy. Not only that but I look healthier and I have loads more energy. Now I can (sort of) keep up with my son playing football!”

You can find this info. by searching Emphysema:

Emphysema is caused by loss of elasticity (increased compliance) of the lung tissue, from destruction of structures supporting the alveoli, and destruction of capillaries feeding the alveoli. Thus the small airways collapse during exhalation, although alveolar collapsibility has increased. This impedes airflow and traps air in the lungs, as with other obstructive lung diseases. Symptoms include shortness of breath on exertion and later at rest, hyperventilation, and an expanded chest.

Mild emphysema sufferers often maintain adequate blood oxygen levels by hyperventilating, and so are sometimes called "pink puffers". By contrast, sufferers of chronic bronchitis (another COPD disorder) are called "blue bloaters" because they have cyanosis (inadequate oxygen) due to an almost normal ventilatory drive caused by decreased sensitivity to carbon dioxide secondary to chronic hypercapnia. But any COPD disease results in hypoxaemia (decreased blood partial pressure of oxygen) and hypercapnia (increased blood partial pressure of carbon dioxide).

Signs of emphysema include pursed-lipped breathing, central cyanosis and finger clubbing. The chest has increased percussion notes, particularly just above the liver, and a difficult to palpate apex beat, both due to hyperinflation. There may be decreased breath sounds and audible expiratory wheeze. In advanced disease, there are signs of fluid overload such as pitting peripheral edema. The face has a ruddy complexion if there is a secondary polycythemia. Sufferers who retain carbon dioxide have asterixis (metabolic flap) at the wrist. Many sufferers whose emphysema was caused by cigarette smoke have cigarette tar stains at the fingers.

Classically, clinical examination reveals no overt crackles, but in some patients the fine opening of airway 'popping' can be heard. It is unlike the fine crackles of pulmonary fibrosis or coarse crackles of mucus or oedematous fluid.

Answer 2:
Emphysema is a long-term, progressive disease of the lung that primarily causes shortness of breath. In people with emphysema, the lung tissues necessary to support the physical shape and function of the lung are destroyed.

Cigarette smoking is by far the most dangerous reason that people develop emphysema, and it is also the most preventable cause. Other risk factors include a deficiency of an enzyme called alpha-1-antitrypsin and air pollution. Emphysema can also be hereditory.

Emphysema, asthma & chronic bronchitis are all under the umbrella of COPD which stands for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

My Emphysema
My emphysema was caused from Second Hand Smoke.  I never smoked anything and am now 65 years old.  I was a professional drummer from the 1960's to the 1990's.  Of course in the 60's to 80's there were few if any non smoking area's.  So pretty much every event we played for was full of smoke.  Sometimes the smoke was so bad that we had large fans in front of us to help blow the smoke away so we wouldn't start coughing while we were singing.  On every brake I would head for the exit to get some fresh air.  Guess it didn't do much good.
I'm not on any medication yet, more of a homeopathic minded person.

Dear Mark,

I wish I would have found your site sooner. I am 52 years old and smoked a pack a day for 32 years. I quit cold turkey 33 months ago, went through all of the crap that came along with the quitters flu for the first 9 months, anxiety was especially hard to deal with when driving. I started coughing up tar after the first two weeks and still do, although not nearly as much or as often. I did a lot of research over the last 33 months. I have found a number of things that have been helpful in cleaning out my lungs including, habanero pepper/ginger tea, horseradish, green tea, warm lemon water, salad with olive oil/turmeric powder dressing, exersize, even the pineapple lung fast. It would have been nice to be aware of all off the long term side effects we all experience before the quit. I am finally down to two things, getting rid of the little remaining tar, and my chest to my underarms cracking when I inhale, and back cracking when I exhale. I assume this is my chest cavity expanding with my lungs being healthier.

A Diet for Leaky Gut Syndrome - Clean Start Herbs

Many diets that help to eliminate leaky gut syndrome from your system are more like guidelines: what foods to eat and what foods to avoid.  There are certain foods that you should eliminate from your diet for one month in order to allow your body to begin to heal itself.

Leaky gut syndrome occurs when the lining of your intestines becomes compromised and allows toxins like bacteria, fungus, and particles of food to escape through your intestinal wall and enter your blood stream.  When your antibodies attack certain particles of food, they wait for them to appear again.  Once you have eaten that same food that your antibodies just attacked, your body reacts like the food is a danger, which results in food sensitivities or allergies.

In order to help your body to heal itself, start by eliminating certain fruits and vegetables from your diet such as bananas, strawberries, kiwis, citrus fruits, corn, pineapples, and papayas, plus nightshade vegetables such as eggplants, peppers, potatoes, and tomatoes.  You should also eliminate soy and dairy products from your diet, including eggs.  Grains and foods with yeast such as bread, flour, wheat, spelt, kamut, rye, barley, oats, and millet should also be eliminated from your diet.  In addition, you need to eliminate beans, caffeine, chocolate, honey, vanilla extract, vinegar, mushrooms, and peanuts.

There are many foods that you should not eat, but there are also foods that you should eat.  Stick to certain fruits and vegetables such as apples, apricots, lettuce, avocados, onions, peaches, pears, beets, Brussels sprouts, carrots, plums, cherries, nectarines, coconut milk, spinach, figs, and grapes, plus berries (except for strawberries).  For the first month, you can also include parsnips, bok choy, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, cilantro, brown and wild rice, dandelion greens, sprouts, sunflower seeds, and kale.

After the first month, start to add certain meats such as fish, chicken, and turkey back into your diet.  Do this by adding one food at a time.  Wait three days between new foods, but eliminate the food again if it gives you a bad reaction.  Following this process, you can also add foods such as bananas, nightshade vegetables, beans, soy, papayas, and pineapples.

Once you’ve had success with those foods, you can start to add other foods into your diet: oranges, caffeine, kiwi, peanuts, refined sugar, peas, strawberries, and sesame seeds. Continue to follow the one-food-at-a-time, three-day interval process.  Once you have had success with those foods, you can add bread, corn, dairy products, gluten grains, millet, and yeast to your diet through the same process.

By following this diet, you can help your body to heal itself and end the cramping, bloating, and gastrointestinal discomfort that you are experiencing with leaky gut syndrome.  You are able to allow your body to get used to foods that once may have given it trouble.  Many times when someone has food sensitivities, they have trouble narrowing down the exact food that is giving them a problem.  This diet helps you to do just that and allows you to get on the road to recovery.

Leaky Gut Syndrome - Diet and Healthy Bowels Function

Leaky Gut Syndrome - Diet and Healthy Bowels Function

"leaky bowels"

One of the culprits causing Americans to have problems with their bowels is the average diet of unhealthy processed foods. Some bacteria are good for us and help us to digest food properly. Due to today’s modern food processing, microorganisms that we actually need to consume for good digestive health – and that are needed for healthy bowel function -- are wiped out.

The digestive process starts with the food that we eat. Food that is eaten moves through the stomach, through the small intestine, and into the large intestine. The small intestine is where the nutrients we need are absorbed, and the large intestine is where excess water is absorbed. The bacteria living in your gut are a combination of both good and bad bacteria. A balance between the good bacteria and bad bacteria is needed to maintain healthy bowel function. The good bacteria help us to digest food, maintain a healthy gut, provide us with nutrients and vitamins, and fight off the bad bacteria. Bad bacteria only become a problem when their numbers grow too large compared to the good bacteria. This can create a wide variety of different health problems.
Healthy bowels have a combination of good and bad bacteria. But this balance can easily be disturbed. Many things can kill off good bacteria, including ingesting too much sugary food, processed food, alcohol, drugs, and even being under stress. Plus, toxins such as food preservatives, additives, and colorings can make it difficult for the good bacteria to thrive.
One of the most common ways that the balance of good and bad bacteria is affected is through the use of antibiotics. Antibiotics do not discriminate when killing bacteria and therefore the good bacteria is often targeted just as much as the bad. When the balance of bacteria tilts toward the bad, the results can be irritation and inflammation, which can cause or further agitate leaky gut syndrome.
Leaky gut syndrome occurs when the lining of the intestines becomes inflamed and irritated to the point that it becomes compromised and can no longer do its job properly. The intestinal lining starts to “leak.” This leaking allows bacteria, fungi, parasites and other toxins, undigested protein, fat, and waste to escape into your bloodstream. Symptoms of leaky gut can include constipation, gas, diarrhea, indigestion, cramping, pain, or heartburn. The presence of harmful toxins in the bloodstream triggers the body to react. Once bacteria leaks into the bloodstream, it can lodge itself in any organ within the body.

In order to restore the balance between good and bad bacteria, you can take a probiotic supplement. You can also restore the good bacteria by changing your diet. Bad bacteria like Candida are fine in small amounts and only become a problem when their numbers increase uncontrollably. Healthy bowel function depends on the good bacteria holding the bad bacteria in balance. Once the balance is tipped in the wrong way, the bad bacteria, yeasts, and fungi will grow and multiply, causing all sorts of health problems.

Benefits:

  • Supports the intestinal system.
  • Supports intestinal regularity.
  • May improve energy and well-being.
